Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting stock counts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
