Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Transport patients to medical appointments using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and care records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train! Must be 18+ years old
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to our Cleveland facility
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Must be available every weekend (Sat/Sun) 7am-7pm
