Responsibilities
- Complete paid training program with 95% attendance rate
- Execute weekend shift duties as assigned by team leads
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend operations
- Maintain accurate records using digital systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend periods
- Participate in quarterly skills refresher sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train everyone!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to Colorado Springs facility
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Basic computer literacy (email, data entry)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
