Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers and visitors during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Assist in product stocking, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure operational standards and safety protocols are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and complete the provided training program.
