Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Provide product recommendations and answer questions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise to maintain an inviting shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior retail or sales experience required; we provide full training.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
