Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure high satisfaction.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and appealing sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security checks.
- Handle inventory management and organize merchandise displays effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
