Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care support under clinical supervision
- Assist with patient intake, vital sign monitoring, and basic clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support sterilization and inventory management of medical supplies
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure seamless patient flow
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Participate in weekend team huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn EHR systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
