Responsibilities
- Assist nurses with patient care activities under supervision
- Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)
- Prepare exam rooms and medical equipment
- Perform EKG and phlebotomy procedures after training
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support patient comfort and safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing skills training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy
- CPR certification (provided during training)
- Ohio BCI/FBI background check required
- Must pass pre-employment health screening
