Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through check-in/out procedures and concierge assistance
- Maintain pristine resort facilities including pool areas, lobbies, and guest rooms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Process payments and manage front desk transactions accurately
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend functions
- Uphold strict safety and cleanliness standards across all public areas
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required—comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with payment systems
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred but not required
