Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greeting and check-in services to hotel guests
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using our reservation system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including answering phones
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- Must have weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in basic computer operations
