Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Utilize internal tools to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve tickets efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- No prior technical experience necessary; we provide full training.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
