Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a high volume of customer calls and emails with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Provide Product Training: Assist customers in understanding our products and services through clear, jargon-free communication.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Utilize your training to troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex cases to senior management when necessary.
- Document Interactions: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the support team to improve service protocols and share feedback.
- Meet Performance Metrics: Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and call resolution times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and have flexible availability during off-peak hours.
