Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences via phone, chat, and in-person
- Process transactions and resolve service inquiries with empathy
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily performance goals
- Complete all training modules within 30 days of hire
- Uphold brand standards in all customer interactions
- Participate in weekend team huddles and feedback sessions
Qualifications

- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday, 8am-8pm)
