Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and inventory management
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store presentation and cleanliness standards
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining brand reputation
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during operating hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) consistently
- Basic math skills and comfort with transactional systems
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our South Seattle location
