Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and accuracy.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, processing returns, and providing product information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle high call volumes during peak weekend hours efficiently.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (20+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
