Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain service features to new clients.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance purposes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
