Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats regarding products and services with patience and professionalism.
- Schedule Support: Assist customers with weekend scheduling, appointment bookings, and logistics updates.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot problems and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Data Entry: Accurately input customer information into the CRM system and update records as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Inventory Assistance: Assist in verifying stock levels and preparing orders for the upcoming week.
Qualifications

- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
