Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding customer satisfaction and response times.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with a genuine desire to learn new skills.
