As a Weekend Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they leave with a smile. We pride ourselves on our customer service and are looking for team members who share that passion. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed quickly.
Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their needs.
- Operate POS: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Customer Support: Answer product inquiries and provide recommendations to drive sales.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash registers and ensure all transactions are balanced correctly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires on the job.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (or Friday nights/Sunday mornings).
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
