Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide assistance with products and services.
- Operational Support: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment during peak weekend traffic.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using our POS systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising displays.
- Customer Feedback: Listen to customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with floor staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
