As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service while helping them find the products they love.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and determining their needs with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Providing product recommendations and answering customer questions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Handling cash transactions and processing returns or exchanges.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation (required for shifts if off-site).
