Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department efficiently.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns.
- Restock merchandise and ensure store shelves are organized and visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all customers.
- Assist in inventory management and stock counts.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions regarding products and services.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented setting.
