Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (experience is a plus, not required).
- Reliable transportation (shifts are scheduled for weekends).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday consistently.
