Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all customers entering the store and assist them in finding products.
- Customer Assistance: Answer questions regarding products, pricing, and store policies with a friendly demeanor.
- Transactions: Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges at the point of sale (POS).
- Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked. Ensure products are displayed attractively according to company standards.
- Store Maintenance: Assist with maintaining a safe and organized shopping environment, including organizing fitting rooms and restocking shelves.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations during weekend peak hours.
- Feedback: Report any inventory discrepancies or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with little to no retail experience who are eager to learn.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic Math: Comfort with basic arithmetic for processing transactions and handling cash.
- Reliability: A reliable work history and the ability to punctually arrive for scheduled shifts.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
