Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment during off-peak hours.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product details and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for entry-level candidates.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
