Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Transaction Handling: Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate knowledge of products and services to answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy weekend shifts.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; equivalent work experience is accepted.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to arrive on time and adhere to scheduled shifts.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 20 lbs).
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
