Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process customer transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace and inventory areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high service standards are met during peak weekend hours.
- Perform light data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Must pass a background check.
