Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Organize and maintain store displays and merchandise
- Stock shelves and manage inventory during weekend operations
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock rotations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – all training provided
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to the downtown Oakland location
- Must be 18+ years of age
