Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, active listening, and solution-based selling
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining store visual standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and manage cash handling procedures
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized follow-ups and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members on inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on new launches and features
- Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols and store policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience with proven sales track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic retail software (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store events
