Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment following OSHA guidelines
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning systems and digital tracking tools
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- No warehouse experience needed – training provided!
