Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently after completing paid training
- Manage inventory through scanning, sorting, and tracking systems
- Load and unload shipments with attention to detail and safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse environment
- Willingness to operate machinery after completing training
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
