Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using powered industrial equipment (we provide training).
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing packages to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and targets.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred but not required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
