Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and accurately.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
