Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Perform inventory counts, audits, and maintain accurate stock records
- Load/unload trucks and organize products in designated storage areas
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville distribution center
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
