Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
- Customer Support: Resolve minor inquiries regarding shipment status and order details.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience: No prior warehousing experience required; training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the San Diego facility.
