Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently and accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to manage inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
