Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock organization, counting, and verifying inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and keep the warehouse environment clean and organized.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be willing to work various shifts.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard background check.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
