Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks safely and efficiently using manual and powered equipment.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in the warehouse to ensure accurate placement.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing on-site safety training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in processing orders and preparing items for customer delivery.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work hours and inventory management.
