Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Pick, pack, and verify orders accurately to ensure high customer satisfaction rates.
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and facility to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity, safety, and quality goals.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory and storage areas in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments and documentation as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
