Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure efficient workflow.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management systems accurately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
