Responsibilities
- Package and Prepare: Properly inspect, package, and label merchandise for shipment to ensure safe delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking incoming inventory with accuracy and efficiency.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to maintain high standards before they leave the facility.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to operate equipment and work in the facility.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to commute to our Long Beach location.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of being on time for previous employment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain accurate records.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
