Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) after completing our OSHA-certified training program
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using our WMS system
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to retail partners
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S methodology
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shift
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery after training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper techniques
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
- No prior experience required – training provided!
