Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyor systems.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and verify against packing lists.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Ability to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and strong commitment to attendance.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior warehouse experience required.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
