Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect products for quality and report any damages or defects immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for off-site duties).
