Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and sort packages, ensuring they are routed to the correct destination.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to operate machinery.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for day, evening, or overnight shifts, including weekends.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a positive work history.
- Basic Skills: Good reading comprehension and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
