Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely receive, inspect, and store incoming goods using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse machinery and report any issues to supervisors immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and workplace protocols to ensure a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; a strong work ethic is more important than a degree.
- Background: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Attitude: A positive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn new processes.
