Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and sort packages to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders efficiently and ensure packages are securely packed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any issues immediately.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Communication: Basic English skills required for verbal instructions and safety briefings.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is a plus (not required for all positions).
