Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Organize warehouse inventory to ensure optimal storage and retrieval.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to track inventory.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new warehouse technologies.
