Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and organize incoming inventory with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including pallet jacks and forklifts (after training)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and processing shipments
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience necessary
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Willingness to complete paid safety and equipment training
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
