Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity and compliance with safety standards.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records using inventory management software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn internal software.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
